User Experience

Why does user experience matter for businesses ?

1)-UX is one of the most important factors in evaluating software from a business perspective. Good UXapps or others that deal with money have to have seamless UX  improves user retention and drives more revenue into the service. Buggy code that has not gone through a proper QA review will drive customers away. Confusing navigation can increase errors and further infuriate users. Depending on the application, this can be unforgivable. For example, banking and intuitive layouts.

2)-A UX is generally the user experience. It ensure a seamless experience for your customers and attracts them into visiting your site. Also, a UX can showcase your business as the most credible one in its specific market. Moreover, searching for information about the App UX design, you’ll find the most innovative ways people have integrated a stunning performance oriented UX in their mobile applications which in other words is the new norm.

3)-Because it will dictate wether your customers will continue to patronize your products or engage business with you.

UX for businesses are most commonly referred to nowadays as “Service Design” as you have specifically mentioned “Businesses” and not “Products” so I can safely assume that you are a business owner that provides a particular “service” to your customers.

One area of UX that can be considered vital in Service Design is knowing how to “Design for Emotions” which can trigger how your patrons will define the overall experience of your service and this will be important for them to decide either to continue engaging with your establishment or find some other.

The most trivial of things from the handle of your door, to the ambiance of your establishment, to the motif of your surrounding and then to the actual service such as how your personnel treats your customers, to the queueing method, to the arrangement of the seats, to the system of entertainment (audio, visual, olfactory etc) and to how you make them feel important and not neglected.
All these trigger an emotional response as you are dealing with people. So bottomline UX does matter, specially for businesses.

What is the primary goal of good user experience design ?

User experience influences how your target audiences or customers interact with your website. It is important to invest in building a website/application that is intuitive, easy to navigate, and at the same time engaging.

The end goal of User experience is to create a customer-oriented website/application that will make them stay on and interact with the technology for longer, access resources easily, and also keep coming back to the same website/application.

How does website design affect user experience ?

There are many things that can impact user experience and a complete web design is one of them. ... However, web design is more than that. Expert web designers reckon respective elements while creating a web page. They kind certain to heighten the end user's experience and furnish them with a captivating web page.

Design Should Concentrate on User Experience

Making the experience of the website unforgettable is more essential than what the website says. ... Graphics, layout, text, and reciprocal elements work in synergy to existing the user with an experience, not just instant them with information.

Factors that Influence UX

Usable: Site must be effortless to use. Desirable: Image, identity, brand, and other design elements are utilised to elicit emotion and appreciation. Find-able: Content needs to be navigable and locatable onsite and offsite. Approachable: Content needs to be accessible to people with disabilities.

What makes a remember-able user experience ?

What makes a remember able user experience is: Frequency, Recency, Uniqueness, and Experience

Frequency: When you frequent something, it solidifies your knowledge of it. Imagine frequency as a painter who paints a line with a brush. It might look a bit blurry the first time, but if they keep painting over that line, then it becomes bolder and clearer. The more people visit your platform, the more they’ll remember the experience, good or bad

Recency: When did they visit it? 2 years ago? 2 months ago? Just last week? You get the idea. The people who just visited your platform will likely remember the experience the earliest. If I visited a website today, I am likely to tell you about the experience than if you asked me a month later. Frequency and recency are powerful in terms of remembrance

Uniqueness: I’m sure if you see a UI with the layout of Instagram, you’ll immediately remember Instagram. Instagram was designed uniquely and that uniqueness creates a certain space in the brain occupied by nothing else. So, every time you see something similar, it triggers that memory. Now think of search engines. They all look the same, so when you see a random one, you don’t just think Google. Uniqueness stands you out and makes it easier to remember

ExperiencePeople might forget the granular details of their experience, but it’s much difficult to forget how the experience made them feel. So, people could say that app was bad even though they used it once and might not be able to tell you why it’s bad. Once you nail a good user experience, that memory follows people and it’s easier to associate your product with such experience every time they have encounter something similar.
